While trolling the peta2 kiddy board, I found this thread:

It was obvious that it was a prank, even to… say a third grader, but just look at the responses this post received!

“u should have close down the company. well i dont entirley believe this but ill give advice anyway =] tell your parents that you want some other meals in their besides meat. if they are taking over, they should be able to make changes & do something for you. make veggie chicken or veggie meals. & when the workers are killing the chickens, make sure there are inspections & make sure they are killing them properly so there is no pain what so ever. you may not be able to stop the family biz, but you can @ least make sure every once & a while that they are not abusing them, if so its just as eaisy to fire them as it is to hire them =] unless they dont kill the chickens @ the KFC resturant )like mine does) then u may have a prob, or you could just be out of it, take no part in the business, if they convince you to, tell them that your not going to kill chickens. hah hope this helpz

Can you believe that some of these mindless, brain-washed, attention-starved groupies actually fell for this???? Some of the stuff these kids write blows my mind!!
Some of them are finally beginning to see the light, as in this thread:

It is sad that PETA deliberately targets children in an effort to indoctrinate them into the extremist vegan lifestyle. They know if they manipulate kids when they are young then they will grow up to become manipulated adults.
Their highly sophisticated propaganda and media skills are unquestionably harmful.
You are so right and it is a shame that peta is so morally weak that they have to target children and individuals who are only seeking attention.

Been prowling the joys of the P2 board, eh? I’d have to say that the board probably has one of the worse rates of trolling, probably because the kids are so gullible (a habit from the brainwashing of the PeTA street team methinks). But I guarantee you that 80% of the kids on there don’t even know what they’re supporting. They don’t understand what animal rights means, nor do they understand the harm it can entail. They’re just kids in the throws of teen angst, needing something to hate and wanting to help animals. What a horrible sham, and I’m sure most of them could do a lot to help animals in their communities if they weren’t being blindly lead by PeTA.
For the 20%(or less) that are serious, they eventually graduate to the main PeTA board (at peta.org). I’d have to say that is one of the most unnerving of places, as these are actual adults who believe that animals and humans must be permanently separated, and that the killing of an animal is on par with the killing of a human. A high percent of them also support terrorist activities, force vegan diets on their children and pets, and have an almost wrathful hate of meat eaters and animal owners.
I’d encourage you to observe the main PeTA board instead, and see how disgusting some of the people there can act. Being a brainwashed teen is one thing, but being a functional adult with a job and family and still following such a destructive group and movement is quite another, and all of them are dead serious.
Thanks for the visit Shirley. I will browse the peta boards more and see what I can find. It is intersting to see what these kids come up with and I have seen posts at pee2 by people claiming to be teachers. I am hoping that some of these kids will see some of the replies and maybe one or two will open their eyes to the real world. I know it’s not likely, but if just one sees the light, it’s a start.
Ugh, not while they’re still at those awful boards. The p2 board is so sheltered it’s crazy. All posts by people who dislike AR are deleted because they are “trolls.” When a kid posts a link leading to a site that criticizes PeTA, the admin delete the post. When someone expresses concern about PeTA, a street team coordinator will jump in before anyone else has a chance to give an answer and refer them to a PeTA page or reprimand them for believing any source that isn’t PeTA. Throw in a couple (“We love you guys so much! Without you we couldn’t help all the animals! You’re awesome! <3″) and the kids are hooked. Anyone with logic would see that this is pure censorship and manipulation, but the sad reality is that most P2 kids lap all of this up without a second thought.
It’s amazing how the kids act when they come onto our boards at P-S. Either they yell and throw tantrums and run away, or they seem utterly bewildered by our facts and outwardly deny our existence. I have a feeling they don’t like us because we don’t hold their hands, force feed them lies, and tell them how great they are. We let them think for themselves, and unfortunately for many, that is just too much to cope with.
Believe it or not, once in a while I see posts by individuals who seem to be questioning peta’s methods and views. I will visit the peta board though, but I do get such a kick out of the kiddy board!
LOL just curious, how long did those posts last?
I’ll have to go back and check. I found them last week. I did go to the peta board and my mouth dropped open at what I saw! It will be in a post coming very soon.

God….I was reading again those PETA supporter responses – you are so right, the prank is obvious to even a third grader. Their stupidity is unbelievable! I also agree — these people are so brain-dead they desperately need some animal protein!
